I've been an avid coffee drinker since I got hooked about 20 years ago. After owning a De'Longhi Dedica coffee machine for about 5 years,
I recently upgraded to a Sage Barista Pro and have been experimenting with different coffee beans a lot.

Although I tried many different coffee types and recipes, I really don't like milky drinks, and apparently I can't tolerate the bitterness of an espresso either. So, all the recipes and the reviews of the coffee beans you see below will be based on making an americano.

I also make a mean Matcha Tea Latte, but I make that exclusively for my wife. I really don't know how you all drink that green gunk.

Crow Tree by Dark Woods Coffee

I’ve been tinkering with my Sage Barista Pro machine for a month now, and Dark Woods coffee brand is one of my favourites. I enjoy dark blends with strong taste, so Crow Tree gets out a very strong Americano with a dark chocolate taste. Here’s my recipe: * Coffee:

I’ve been drinking coffee zealously, especially Americano, and I mostly have been making my own coffee with my Delonghi Dedica for about 5 years. But I’ve never appreciated how difficult it is to make good espresso and Americano until now.
